Feed unit

      

A feed unit is designed for pre-dosing of raw rock materials (sand and chip stone), according to a formula, and feeding to an inclined conveyor. The unit consists of four, five, six feed hoppers depending on the needs of the Customer (V=11.5 m3 each). Mounted above the collecting conveyor, it has adjustable belt feeders with material passage sensors. All conveyors are driven by WATT-DRIVE (Germany) gear motors. The sand dose meter is equipped with a vibrator. The collecting conveyor is reversible. The lifting conveyor is equipped with a material movement sensor. The collecting and lifting conveyors are equipped with roller supports, drive and guide rollers, a belt scraper, as well as an emergency pull rope switch. The material is fed into the dryer drum.
